1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quantum Oracle ("the App," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Your Agreement Includes:

• These Terms of Service
• Our Privacy Policy
• Any additional guidelines or rules posted in the App

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Quantum Oracle. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 17 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are under 18: You must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and make purchases.

3. Description of Service

Quantum Oracle provides:

• Tarot Readings: AI-powered tarot card interpretations based on various spreads
• Astrology Services: Birth chart calculations, daily horoscopes, and planetary transit analysis
• Synastry Analysis: Relationship compatibility based on astrological charts
• Spiritual Journal: Private space to document your spiritual journey
• Goal Tracking: Tools to set and monitor personal growth goals

4. Account Registration

Creating an Account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination:

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Deleted accounts and associated data are permanently removed within 30 days

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Available Tiers:

• Free: Limited readings per day, basic features
• Premium ($9.99/month): Unlimited readings, advanced spreads, extended history
• Pro ($19.99/month): All Premium features plus custom spreads, priority support

Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Payments are processed through Stripe (web) or App Store/Google Play (mobile)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

Cancellation:

• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No charges after cancellation takes effect

Free Trials:

• Free trials (if offered) are for new subscribers only
• You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
• Only one free trial per user

6. User Content and Data

Your Content:

You retain ownership of:

• Journal entries and personal reflections
• Birth chart information
• Goal tracking data
• Any other personal information you provide

License Grant:

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
• Display your content back to you within the App

7. Acceptable Use

You Agree NOT To:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users (if social features exist)
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to provide professional advice to others for compensation

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Nature of Readings:

• Tarot and astrology are interpretive arts, not exact sciences
• Readings explore possibilities, not guaranteed outcomes
• AI interpretations are algorithmic, not mystical or supernatural
• Your free will and choices determine your future

No Guarantees:

• We do not guarantee specific life outcomes or results
• Accuracy of readings depends on input data quality
• Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance
• Features may be added, modified, or removed

9. Intellectual Property

Our Rights:

Quantum Oracle and all related content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• App design, interface, and user experience
• Tarot card images and spread layouts
• AI interpretation algorithms and prompts
• Astrology calculation methods
• Logo, branding, and marketing materials

What You Can Do:

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share your own readings on social media (with attribution)
• Screenshot your results for personal reference

What You Cannot Do:

• Copy or reproduce our tarot deck designs
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service
• Create derivative works without permission
• Remove copyright or trademark notices

10. Third-Party Services

Quantum Oracle integrates with third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• OpenAI: AI-powered interpretations
• Stripe: Payment processing (web version)
• Apple/Google: In-app purchases (mobile)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service issues, downtime, or data practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on readings

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantum Oracle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any decisions or actions you take based on readings

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. We will notify you of material changes via:

• In-app notification
• Email (if you've provided one)
• Notice on our website

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law:

Dispute Resolution:

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantum Oracle.
